Modern Art has definitely taken upon unique and innovative mediums of art over the last few years including photographs of flying paint instigated by speakers, carving in leather and of course the severed cow. Although the later can arguably linked with food, Italian photographer Gammacurta has created a unique form through the molding of lollipops.

Although Lolli-POP began as an internet experiment for the photographer, rapid success throughout blogs resulted in the creation of a book including the likes of Nike, Chanel, Gucci and MTV; merely a few to mention.
